Journeymen and Leadmen

We employ electricians in the roles of journeymen and leadmen. Projects include but are not limited to schools, hospitals, tenant improvements, retail shopping centers, churches, site improvements, water and wastewater facilities. We handle projects in metro Phoenix and throughout Arizona, New Mexico and California.

Our journeymen and leadmen:

  • Must have a minimum of 5 years experience
  • have reliable transportation
  • be drug free
  • have their own basic tools of the trade
  • working knowledge of conduit and basic wiring methods
  • strong work ethic
  • blue-print reading a plus
  • sees this as a trade not just a job


Project Manager

The position of Electrical Project Manager is the office contact between field personnel and the General Contractor for the project. The project manager is responsible for four or more jobs at any given time at various stages from award of contract to final completion. Responsibilities also include manpower coordination, material requisition, submittal compilation, purchase orders, on-site job walk-throughs, change orders request for information, pay application support and close-out documents.

Our Project Managers are:

  • organized, have strong written and verbal communication skills
  • familiar with MS Word, MS Project and MS Excel
  • have a clean driving record
  • are drug-free
  • have commercial electrical working experience of at least 7 years and associates degree
  • read blue prints
  • know current CODE and have strong problem-solving skills
